Mutton Soup With Brain
Made with mutton bone, brain and added Indian spices

Ingredients

Mutton bone and brain : 1 head of goat
Crushed coriander : 2 tsp
3

Crushed pepper : 2
Ghee
: ½ tsp
Curry leaves
: 20 leaves
Small

: 2 tsp chopped
Mustard : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder
: a pinch
Salt
: to taste
Instructions
Clean and wash the brain and bones.
In a cooker add this bone and brain, crushed coriander, crushed pepper,
salt
, some
curry leaves
and pinch of
turmeric powder
.
Add 4 cups of
water
, stir, cover and cook till the soup for 1 cup.
Enter Step
Drain it.
Heat
ghee
in a pan add mustard, splutter, add chopped
onion
and
curry leaves
.
Stir till it golden colour. [don’t burn it]
Add the soup in to it.
Stir well and serve hot.
