Ingredients
  

  • Chicken : 250 gm
  • Carrot : 1 medium chopped in lengthwise
  • French beans : 5 nos (chopped in lengthwise)
  • Potato : 1 medium chopped in lengthwise
  • Crushed pepper : 3 tsp
  • Tomato : 1 medium ( chopped)
  • Green chilli : 3 nos ( chopped )
  • Garlic chopped : 2 tsp
  • Ginger chopped : 1 tsp
  • Small onion chopped : ½ cup
  • Coriander leaf : for garnish
  • Oil : 1 ½ tsp
  • Enough water : to cook the chicken
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli. Stir for few seconds.
  • Add chopped onion and stir till it turns translucent.
  • Now add the chicken, crushed pepper and salt. Stir well.

  • Add enough water to cook the chicken. Stir and cover with a lid and cook in a medium flame.

  • Add chopped potato, carrot, beans, and cook for one minute.
  • Enter Step
  • Add capsicum and tomato stir for one minute.
  • Enter Step
  • Remove into a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
