First clean mutton pieces. Mix mutton, garam masala, ginger, green chillies, salt, 1 tsp oil and onion.
In a pressure cooker add the mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp coconut milk or coconut second milk with little water. Cook the mutton.4) Mean while in another kadai, add little water. Fry the chopped tomatoes and fry till tender.5) Add coriander, turmeric, and fry well.
Add the cooked mutton with the juice in this masala. Make this a semi masala. 7) Add the first milk or the rest of the coconut milk init. Bring it to boil.
Stir well. Add coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
