Ingredients
- Mutton : 300 gm -
- Onion – 1 no (chopped -
- Ginger : 1 tsp -
- Green chillies : 4 nos (slit) -
- Tomato : 3 nos -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Garam masala : ½ tsp -
- Coconut second milk and first milk : 2 cups -
- Coconut oil : as reqd -
- Coriander leaves : few -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- First clean mutton pieces. Mix mutton, garam masala, ginger, green chillies, salt, 1 tsp oil and onion.
- In a pressure cooker add the mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir well. Add coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
