Cooked rice : 2 tsp
Chicken : 1 tsp (cooked/slices)
Carrot : 1 tsp (grated)
Onion : 1 tsp (chopped)
Green chillies : 1 no (chopped)
Cilantro : 1 tsp (chopped)
Garlic : 2 cloves (chopped)
Turmeric powder : a pinch
Instructions
Boil little water in a vessel. Dip the cabbage leaves in it.2) Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic, green chillies, onion, cilantro and grated carrot.
Fry for few minutes.4) Add the chicken slices, turmeric, salt and rice. Mix well.
Fill a tsp of rice mixture in cabbage leaves and roll. Secure with a tooth pick or twin.
Arrange it in steamer and cook it for 15 – 20 minutes.
