Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos) Cabbage leaves long : (5 5
  • Cooked rice : 2 tsp
  • Chicken : 1 tsp (cooked/slices)
  • Carrot : 1 tsp (grated)
  • Onion : 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Green chillies : 1 no (chopped)
  • Cilantro : 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Garlic : 2 cloves (chopped)
  • Turmeric powder : a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Boil little water in a vessel. Dip the cabbage leaves in it.2) Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic, green chillies, onion, cilantro and grated carrot.
  • Fry for few minutes.4) Add the chicken slices, turmeric, salt and rice. Mix well.
  • Fill a tsp of rice mixture in cabbage leaves and roll. Secure with a tooth pick or twin.
  • Arrange it in steamer and cook it for 15 – 20 minutes.
