Grind together ginger-garlic-green chillies , pepper corns, curd and mix it in lamb ribs.
Add the mutton masala, garam masala and salt.3) In a grill pan, add little oil. Fry the lamb ribs in it till done.
When done keep this aside.5) In a pan, add little oil. Fry garlic, onion, capsicum and green chillies.
When they change color, add the tomato paste and sauté again.
Add little water and make this a thick masala.8) Before serving, add this into a serving plate.
Then add the fried lamb ribs above it.
) Mix it together while serving.
