Ingredients
  

  • Brinjal : 1 no (slices)
  • Long beans : 5 nos
  • Long chillies : 2 nos (slices)
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Capsicum : 1 no (chopped)
  • Dry red chillies : 3 nos
  • Olive oil : as reqd
  • All purpose flour : 2 tsp
  • Rice flour : 2 tsp
  • Besan : 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Oregano : a pinch
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the fried vegetables, mix all purpose flour, rice flour, besan, salt, oregano and garlic paste. 2) Add little water and make a smooth batter.
  • Dip the vegetables in it and fry it in oil.
  • Slightly grill the dry chillies in stove and chop it. Mix together the onion, capsicum, dry chillies, salt.
  • Mix well. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix again.6 ) Serve the fried vegetables as a good starter.
