Ingredients
  

  • Bitter gourd : 2 nos (cut into 4)
  • Onion : 1 no
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 2 tsp
  • Garam masala crushed : 1 tsp
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bitter gourd into large four pieces.
  • Remove the seeds from inside and clean well.3) Make a paste of onion, chilli powder, coriander and garam masala.
  • Add required salt and mix well.5) Rub the masala into the bitter gourd and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Fry the bitter gourd in oil till crispy or done.
  • Serve it.
