- Bitter gourd : 2 nos (cut into 4)
- Onion : 1 no
- Chilli powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander powder : 2 tsp
- Garam masala crushed : 1 tsp
- Salt : as reqd
Cut the bitter gourd into large four pieces.
Remove the seeds from inside and clean well.3) Make a paste of onion, chilli powder, coriander and garam masala.
Add required salt and mix well.5) Rub the masala into the bitter gourd and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Fry the bitter gourd in oil till crispy or done.
Serve it.
