Coconut Chicken Fry in Naadan Style With Step by Step Pictures

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken : 150 gm
  • Pepper : 2 tsp
  • Vinegar : 1 tsp
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • 3 nos Green chillies slit
  • Curry leaves few
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Chilli garlic sauce

For coconut fry:

  • 4 tbsp Coconut grated
  • Curry leaves few
  • ½ tsp Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Mix pepper powder, vinegar and little salt with chicken.
  • Add little water and cook chicken. Water should be completed evaporated and the pepper should stick to the chicken pieces.3) Mix grated coconut, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Keep aside for frying.
  • Now mix the cooked chicken pieces with corn flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
  • Drain them and blot the excess oil in a tissue paper.5)Keep the chicken pieces aside. Meanwhile, heat a tbsp of oil in a pan.6)Add crushed garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and fry it in low flame.7)Add onion, green chillies and fry again. Add chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder.
  • Saute for a minute and add chilli garlic sauce.9)Add chicken and fry again.10)At the same time, in a kadai, heat oil and fry the coconut mixture.
  • Add this mixture into chicken and mix well.
  • Make it a dry fry.13)Coconut chicken fry is ready.
