Ingredients
  

  • Chicken boneless : 250 gm

For marinade:

  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder : ½ tsp
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Curd : 1 tsp
  • For batter
  • Besan flour : 1 cup
  • Rice flour : 2 tsp
  • Baking soda : 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste

Instructions
 

  • Make the chicken pieces into slices. Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, turmeric, salt and curd.
  • Keep it for 1 hour.3) In another bowl, make a smooth batter(not watery). Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Heat oil in kadai, mix the chicken slices in batter and fry it in oil. Fry chicken by batches.
  • Serve hot with chappathi / rice.
