Chicken boneless : 250 gm
For marinade:
Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
Cumin powder : ½ tsp
Salt : as reqd
Curd : 1 tsp
For batter
Besan flour : 1 cup
Rice flour : 2 tsp
Baking soda : 1 tsp
Ginger
garlic paste
Instructions
Make the chicken pieces into slices. Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, turmeric, salt and curd.
Keep it for 1 hour.3) In another bowl, make a smooth batter(not watery). Mix all the ingredients well.
Heat oil in kadai, mix the chicken slices in batter and fry it in oil. Fry chicken by batches.
Serve hot with chappathi / rice.
