- Potato : 2 nos (cut into wedges)
- Onion : ½ of 1 (chopped)
- Ginger : ½ tsp (chopped)
- Garlic : 1 tsp (chopped)
- Chilli flakes : 1 1/2 tsp
- Corn flakes : 1 tsp
- Honey : 2 to 3 tsp
- Salt : as reqd
- Oil : as reqd
- Coriander leaves : few (chopped)
Mix potato wedges with salt and corn flour.
Fry it in oil, drain and keep it in tissue paper.
In a kadai, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add onion, garlic and ginger. Fry till golden brown color.
Add chilli flakes and fry again.5) Pour honey and mix well. 6) Immediately mix potatoes and saute well. Sprinkle salt and coriander leaves.
Let the potato absorb the gravy.
Serve hot the tasty chilli potato wedges with honey.
