Ingredients
  

  • Carrot : 2 cups (grated)
  • All purpose flour : 2 cups
  • Baking soda : 1 tsp
  • Egg : 2 nos (beaten)
  • Sugar : 1 cup
  • Butter : 1 no (large piece)
  • Milk : 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • First grate the carrots and keep aside.2) Powder the sugar, mix sugar, egg, butter and milk. Whisk well.3) In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda.
  • Slowly mix the egg mixture into flour, mix well to smooth batter. Then add the carrot and mix again.
  • In a baking tray apply ghee or butter and spread little flour.6) Pour the mixture in it and bake for 30 mintues at 180c. Or else can be baked in a pressure cooker too for 40 minutes.
  • Tasty carrot cake is ready.
