Chicken Dry Roast Masala

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken : 150 gm (medium big size)
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Tomato : 2 nos (slices)
  • Green chillies : 2 nos
  • Garlic : 3 cloves (chopped)
  • Ginger : 1 small piece (chopped)
  • Soy sauce : 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder : 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Vinegar : 2 tsp
  • Garam masala : 1 tsp
  • Cury leaves : few
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • First marinate chicken with vinegar, green chillies, garlic, ginger, soya sauce, coriander, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.2) Allow it to marinate for ½ an hour.
  • Cook chicken in kadai, till done.
  • When done, evaporate excess water.5) Deep fry the chicken in a pan . drain and keep aside.
  • In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry the onion, garam masala, tomato and salt.7) Fry till the tomato get softened.8) At this stage add the fried chicken pieces and sauté well.
  • Chicken dry roast masala is ready.
