Ingredients
  

  • Chicken : 1 k gm (small pieces)
  • Onion : 3 nos (slices)
  • Green chillies : 4 nos
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  • Chicken masala : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : 2 tsp
  • Lime juice : 1 tsp
  • Tomato :

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chicken masala, lime juice and salt. 2) Pressure cook the chicken and evaporate the water.3) Keep this aside.4) In another kadai , fry the onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the cooked chicken in it and sauté well in low flame.
  • Cover and fry the chicken for 5 minutes.6) When done, remove from fire and pour a tsp of lime juice on top and serve.
