Chicken shredded : 1 small bowl
Onion : 1 no (chopped)
Green chilly : 1 no (slit)
Ginger
Garlic crushed : 2 tsp
Crushed Garam Masala : ½ tsp
Coriander powder : 2 tsp
Soy sauce : 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce : 1 tbsp
For chicken marination:

Instructions
Cook the marinated chicken with water. Evaporate the excess water completely.
Allow to cool and shred the chicken pieces.3) Heat oil in kadai, add garam masala, onion, green chillies and fry till soft.
Add ginger-garlic crushed and fry again.5) Add coriander powder, pinch of salt.
Add the soy and red chilli sauce. Fry again.7) Add ¼ cup water and the shredded chicken pieces.8) Fry well and serve hot.
