Ingredients
  

  • Chicken shredded : 1 small bowl
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Green chilly : 1 no (slit)
  • Ginger Garlic crushed : 2 tsp
  • Crushed Garam Masala : ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder : 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce : 1 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce : 1 tbsp

For chicken marination:

  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • Salt As reqd
  • ½ tsp Ajinomotto

Instructions
 

  • Cook the marinated chicken with water. Evaporate the excess water completely.
  • Allow to cool and shred the chicken pieces.3) Heat oil in kadai, add garam masala, onion, green chillies and fry till soft.
  • Add ginger-garlic crushed and fry again.5) Add coriander powder, pinch of salt.
  • Add the soy and red chilli sauce. Fry again.7) Add ¼ cup water and the shredded chicken pieces.8) Fry well and serve hot.
