Thattukada Chilli Chicken
Simple Chilli Chicken With Step by Step Pictures
Ingredients
- Chicken shredded : 1 small bowl
- Onion : 1 no (chopped)
- Green chilly : 1 no (slit)
- Ginger Garlic crushed : 2 tsp
- Crushed Garam Masala : ½ tsp
- Coriander powder : 2 tsp
- Soy sauce : 1 tsp
- Red chilli sauce : 1 tbsp
For chicken marination:
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Pepper
- Salt As reqd
- ½ tsp Ajinomotto
Instructions
- Allow to cool and shred the chicken pieces.3) Heat oil in kadai, add garam masala, onion, green chillies and fry till soft.
- Add the soy and red chilli sauce. Fry again.7) Add ¼ cup water and the shredded chicken pieces.8) Fry well and serve hot.
