- Chicken shredded : 1 small bowl -
- Onion – 1 no (chopped -
- Green chilly : 1 no (slit) -
- Ginger(Garlic crushed : 2 tsp) -
- Crushed Garam Masala : ½ tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- Soy sauce : 1 tsp -
- Red chilli sauce : 1 tbsp -
For chicken marination:
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Ajinomotto - ½ tsp

Instructions
- Allow to cool and shred the chicken pieces.3) Heat oil in kadai, add garam masala, onion, green chillies and fry till soft.
- Add ginger-garlic crushed and fry again.5) Add coriander powder, pinch of salt.
- Add the soy and red chilli sauce. Fry again.7) Add ¼ cup water and the shredded chicken pieces.8) Fry well and serve hot.
