Ingredients
  

  • Kumbalanga : ¼ k gm
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Tamarind water : a little
  • Kadala parippu : 1 tsp
  • Uluva : ½ tsp
  • Kayam : a pinch
  • Dry chilly : 2 nos
  • Coconut (grated) : ½ of a coconut
  • Curry leaves : a few

Instructions
 

  • Boil kumbalanga with turmeric powder and chilly powder and tamarind water.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry kadala parippu, uluva, kayam, dry chilly.
  • Add coconut grated and curry leaf. Fry well.
  • Grind it.
  • Mix it with the boiled vegetables.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add dry chilly and curry leaves.
  • Mix it with the curry.
  • Kumbalanga Pulinkari ready.
