Kumbalanga : ¼ k gm
Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Tamarind water : a little
Kadala parippu : 1 tsp
Uluva : ½ tsp
Kayam : a pinch
Dry chilly : 2 nos
Coconut (grated) : ½ of a coconut
Curry leaves : a few

Instructions
Boil kumbalanga with turmeric powder and chilly powder and tamarind water.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry kadala parippu, uluva, kayam, dry chilly.
Add coconut grated and curry leaf. Fry well.
Grind it.
Mix it with the boiled vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add dry chilly and curry leaves.
Mix it with the curry.
Kumbalanga Pulinkari ready.
