Soya Bean : 250 gm
Onion : 2 medium
Ginger (Chopped) : a small piece
Garlic( Chopped) : 5 pods
Curry Leaves : 2 leaves
Green Chilly : 3 nos
Chilly Power : 1 ½ tsp
Garam Masala : 2 tsp
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Marinate soya with chilly powder , garam masala and salt for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger and garlic pods.
Add curry leaves and green chilly.4) When the Onions turn brown color take out from the Pan into a vessel.
Heat oil in another pan an fry soya.
Drain it.
Mix it with the already fried onion from step 4.
Soya fry is ready.
