Ingredients
  

  • Soya Bean : 250 gm
  • Onion : 2 medium
  • Ginger (Chopped) : a small piece
  • Garlic( Chopped) : 5 pods
  • Curry Leaves : 2 leaves
  • Green Chilly : 3 nos
  • Chilly Power : 1 ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala : 2 tsp
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate soya with chilly powder , garam masala and salt for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger and garlic pods.
  • Add curry leaves and green chilly.4) When the Onions turn brown color take out from the Pan into a vessel.
  • Heat oil in another pan an fry soya.
  • Drain it.
  • Mix it with the already fried onion from step 4.
  • Soya fry is ready.
