Chicken Mulaku Bajji

Ingredients
  

  • Bajji chilly : 6 nos
  • Chicken minced : 150 gm
  • Onion (chopped) : 1 medium
  • Curry leaves : 1 no
  • Kadala Mavu (Besan) : ½ cup
  • Tomato sauce : 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion and curry leaves.
  • Add chicken into it and fry till chicken is completely ready.
  • Drain it to remove oil.
  • Mix Kadala Mavu (besan) , salt and tomato sauce with water to make a batter.
  • cut chilly on one side to get an opening for filling Chicken into inside.6) Fill the drained chicken from step 5 in each Chilly as shown in the below picture.
  • Dip each chicken filled chilly into the batter.
  • Fry chilly dipped in the batter from step 7 in oil one by one.
  • 9) Fry till a golden brown color is obtained.
  • Chicken mulaku bajji (Chicken Chilly Bajji) is ready.
