Potato Ambath

Ingredients
  

  • Potato (boiled) : 2 big
  • Vella kadala (boiled) : 1 cup
  • Onion : ½ of a small
  • Tamarind : a little
  • Coconut : ¼ of a coconut
  • Dry chilly : 2 nos
  • Fenugreek : 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Fry fenugreek in a pan.
  • Grind together fenugreek, coconut and dry chilly. Keep aside.
  • Boil onion in tamarind water.
  • Mix boiled potato and vella kadala. Add grinded mixture also.
  • Mix it well. Boil for the next 5 minute at low flame.
  • Potato Ambath is ready.
