Chicken Manchurian - Exotic Starter

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms Boneless Chicken
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies minced
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 no Capsicum
  • 2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate with soya sauce, 1 tbsp cornflour, salt, egg, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken till its brown in colour.
  • Once the chicken is fried well, add onion, garlic and green chilli to it. Fry till it leaves out a sweet aroma.
  • Add the capsicum and fry till it becomes soft.
  • Make a paste by mixing soya sauce and cornflour in one tbsp of water.
  • Add this to the chicken.
  • Add tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt.
  • Remove this into a serving dish.
  • :- This can be served as a starter and can also be served with chappathis or roti.
