Instructions
Boil water in a vessel. Add the rice and cook till three-fourths done.
Marinate prawns with turmeric and salt.
Fry the marinated prawns in oil.
Heat oil. Add vegetables. Sauté.
Add beaten eggs and scramble.
Add fried prawns.
Add rice and sauces. Cover with lid and cook till done.
Chinese Fried rice is ready.
