Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice soaked in water for 1 hour
  • 2 Nos Carrots shredded
  • ½ of Cabbage shredded
  • ½ of Onions shredded
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 5 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 35 to Prawns
  • Turmeric a pinch
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a vessel. Add the rice and cook till three-fourths done.
  • Marinate prawns with turmeric and salt.
  • Fry the marinated prawns in oil.
  • Heat oil. Add vegetables. Sauté.
  • Add beaten eggs and scramble.
  • Add fried prawns.
  • Add rice and sauces. Cover with lid and cook till done.
  • Chinese Fried rice is ready.
