Basmati Rice
soaked in
water
for 1 hour
2
Nos
Carrots
shredded
½
of
Cabbage
shredded
½
of
Onions
shredded
2
nos
Egg
1
tsp
Oil
5
tsp
Tomato
ketchup
2
tsp
Soya sauce
35
to
Prawns
Turmeric
a pinch
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Boil
water
in a vessel. Add the rice and cook till three-fourths done.
Marinate
prawns
with
turmeric
and
salt
.
Fry the marinated
prawns
in
oil
.
Heat
oil
. Add vegetables. Sauté.
Add beaten eggs and scramble.
Add fried
prawns
.
Add rice and sauces. Cover with lid and cook till done.
Chinese Fried rice is ready.
