Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin (Mathanga) : ½ kg
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Sambar Parippu : ¼ of a small bowl
  • Coconut : ½ no
  • Jeera powder : ¼ tsp
  • Curry leaves : 2 leaves

Instructions
 

  • Boil mathanga with salt, turmeric and chilly powder.
  • Grind coconut in a mixer.
  • Mix coconut puree and jeera powder with the boiled Mathanga.
  • Add curry leaves.
  • Mathanga Palu Curry ready.
