Pumpkin (Mathanga) : ½ kg
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
Salt : to taste
Sambar Parippu : ¼ of a small bowl
Coconut : ½ no
Jeera powder : ¼ tsp
Curry leaves : 2 leaves
Instructions
Boil mathanga with salt, turmeric and chilly powder.
Grind coconut in a mixer.
Mix coconut puree and jeera powder with the boiled Mathanga.
Add curry leaves.
Mathanga Palu Curry ready.
