Onion

Tomato

Udampuli

Green chilly
- 2 no
Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder
- 1 tsp
Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp
Mustard
- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
- as required
Oil
- as required
Instructions
Heat oil in a clay pot and sauté mustard in it.
Add onion, udampuli, tomato, green chilly, ladies finger and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add salt, masalas and 1 cup water. Cook it for 10 minutes.
Add curry leaves and grinded coconut. Cook it for 3 minutes.
Serve it.
