- 200 gm Snake guard padavalam
- 100 gm Thuvara parippu toor daal
- 1/2 piece Onion
- 1/2 piece Tomato
- 2 nos Green chilly
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt as required
- 2 nos Red dry chilly
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Water as required
- Curry leaves as required
- 1 cup Grinded coconut
- 2 shallots
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- water required

Cut the padavalam in to small pieces.
Cook it with cleaned thuvara parippu, onion, tomato, green chilly, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and water as required.
Mash it with a wooden spoon.
Grind coconut 1 cup with 2 shallots and ¼ tsp turmeric powder and water as required
Add grinded coconut and curry leaves.
Heat oil in a vessel and sauté red dry chilly and mustard in it.
Mix it with curry and again cook it for 3-5 minutes
