  • Cut the padavalam in to small pieces.
  • Cook it with cleaned thuvara parippu, onion, tomato, green chilly, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and water as required.
  • Mash it with a wooden spoon.
  • Grind coconut 1 cup with 2 shallots and ¼ tsp turmeric powder and water as required Add grinded coconut and curry leaves.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and sauté red dry chilly and mustard in it.
  • Mix it with curry and again cook it for 3-5 minutes
