Prawn Cutlette (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Prawns
  • 2 Potato
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 egg Egg white
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Green chilly
  • Curry leaves as required
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the prawns in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it in oil and slice it into small pieces.
  • Cook the potatoes, peel and mash it well.
  • Mix in ¼ cups of bread crumbs, prawns, onion, curry leaves, green chilly, salt, 1/2tsp chilly powder and a pinch of turmeric powder and knead all the ingredients well.
  • Make small patties out of it and dip it in egg whites and cover it in bread crumbs.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Serve it with tomato sauce as an evening snack.
