Marinate the cleaned chicken with pepper powder, lime juice and salt.
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute the onion till light brown.
Add crushed ginger & garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add masala powders and saute it for 2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and soya sauce.
Saute and add ¼ cup of water.
Add marinated chicken to masala.
Mix till the colour of chicken starts changing.
Add ½ cup of water.
Let it boil and salt for taste.
Cover and cook till chicken is done.
Add curry leaves and roast for a few more minutes.
