Instructions
Cook the carrots in water.
Grind the cooked carrots with 1 egg. Keep it aside.
Mix the sugar thoroughly with the other eggs.
Add grinded carrot in it. Mix well.
Fry the raisins and cashew nuts in oil.
Heat oil in a bottom thick vessel and pour the mix in it.
Cook for 10 minutes.
