Almond/Cashew paste (soak almond and cashew in water for 1/2 hour. Peel the skin off the almond and grind to a fine paste)

Instructions
Shallow fry paneer cubes in oil. Keep aside.
Grind ginger, green chilli with tomatoes and keep aside.
Grind the almond and cashew to a fine paste and keep aside.
Heat oilin a Kadai / Wok. Add the cumin seeds followed by tomato paste and fry until the oil starts to come out of the masala.
Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and almond-cashew paste and fry well until you see the rich tomato paste. Add salt and garam masala and the cubed paneer.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
