- 2 cups Rice flour
- 12 nos Shallots
- 1 no Green chilly
- Curry leaves A few
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- Water As reqd
- Oil As reqd
Mix together rice flour, chopped shallots, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt with water as required.
Make small balls out of the mixture.
Press it on banana leaf to make small circles.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry in it till it turns brown in color.
