Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • 12 nos Shallots
  • 1 no Green chilly
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix together rice flour, chopped shallots, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt with water as required.
  • Make small balls out of the mixture.
  • Press it on banana leaf to make small circles.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry in it till it turns brown in color.
