An easy snack for kids - Banana Fritters

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Ripe banana
  • 3 nos Cardamom crushed
  • 2 pieces Jaggery
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 cup Flour

Instructions
 

  • Melt the jaggery with little water.
  • Mash the bananas.
  • Add the cardamom.
  • Add melted jiggery to banana.
  • Add flour to it.
  • Mix it into a thick batter.
  • Take a spoonful and fry in hot oil, till done.
