Ingredients
  

  • 450 gm Chicken
  • 3 nos Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken pieces by adding salt and turmeric powder.
  • Mince the cooked chicken.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions in it.
  • When onions become soft, add green chillies, ginger and garlic and curry leaves.
  • Sauté it and add masala powders, salt and sauté.
  • Add the chicken and coriander leaves.
  • Knead the flour well to make a smooth dough.
  • Roll it into small round shapes.
  • Fill the chicken mix in one rounded ball.
  • Close with the other and stick the ends.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the above in it, till both sides are done.
