Naadan Style Chakka Udachathu

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Raw jackfruit
  • 3 pods Garlic
  • 1/2 pc Coconut
  • 4 nos Shallots
  • 3 nos Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Water As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook the raw jackfruit, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required in a pressure cooker.
  • Grind the coconut, cumin seeds, shallots, garlic and water to make a smooth paste.
  • Mix in the raw jackfruit and grinded coconut.
  • Mash it with a wooden spoon thoroughly.
  • And cook it again for 5-10 minutes.
  • :- Serve it for dinner with kanji.
