Muringayila Thoran Easy

An healthy side dish with Drum stick leaves (Muringa ela)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Drum stick leaves
  • Coconut half cup
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt As reqdf
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 4 nos Shallots

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a vessel and sauté shallots in it.
  • Mix the leaves with coconut, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
  • Sauté it with shallots for 5-10 minutes on low flame, till done.
