Naadan Chakka Varavittathu
Cooked chakka mixed with roasted coconut

- 250 gm Raw jackfruit
- Coconut half portion
- 3 nos Dry red chilly
- 6 pods Garlic
- 6 nos Shallots
- 1½ tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- Water As reqd
- Curry leaves A few
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Cook the jack fruit in water with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Heat oil in a pan and dry roast coconut, dry red chilly, shallots, cumin seeds and garlic.
Mix the roasted coconut mixture with cooked jack fruit.
