Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Raw jackfruit
  • Coconut half portion
  • 3 nos Dry red chilly
  • 6 pods Garlic
  • 6 nos Shallots
  • tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the jack fruit in water with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and dry roast coconut, dry red chilly, shallots, cumin seeds and garlic.
  • Mix the roasted coconut mixture with cooked jack fruit.
