Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Biriyani rice
  • 1 no Carrot big
  • 150 gm Cabbage
  • 1/2 of Capsicum
  • 5 nos Beans
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 no Onion
  • 150 gm Cauliflower
  • 2 nos Green chilly
  • 1 cup Minced Chicken cooked with salt and water as required
  • 2 cups Green peas cooked with salt and water as required
  • Oil As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice with salt and water as required.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and sauté each veggies and minced chicken separately for 4-5 minutes.
  • Mix the fried veggies and chicken with rice and cook it for 5 minutes.
