Malabar Style Beef Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Beef
  • 50 gm Shallots
  • 8 nos Garlic
  • Ginger A small piece
  • 3 nos Green chilly
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beef with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and sauté shallots in it for 3 minutes.
  • Add garlic, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add masalas and cooked beef. Sauté for 10 minutes on low flame.
