Instructions
Heat a vessel and sauté vermicelli for 5 minutes on low flame.
In the mean time heat oil in a vessel and sauté onion, carrot, green chilly for 3-5 minutes.
Add salt and water and let it boil.
Add vermicelli into the boiling water.
Cook it till the water gets evaporated.
Add one egg, scramble and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
