Sweet Chakka Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Jackfruit
  • 500 gm Rice flour
  • 5 pieces Jaggery
  • 3 nos Cardamom
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Slice the jackfruit.
  • Knead rice flour with water and salt as required to make smooth dough.
  • Make very small balls out of it.
  • Heat a vessel and melt the jaggery in it.
  • Add jackfruit pieces into it.
  • Add the rice balls into it and cook it with the curry for 15-20 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk and cook it for 3 minutes.
