Toor dhal

Instructions
Chop onions, cut chilli length wise and clean the curry leaves
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard and wait till spurts. Then add the toor dhal and fry till the color changes to brown
Add the chopped onion, chilli , curry leaves and salt and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add water
When the water boils add sooji
Keep stirring, else the sooji will not mix well and be like small balls. Let it cook for about a minute.
Serve with chatni, sauce or sugar
