Capsicum Cap (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ts Corn flour
  • 1 ts Chilly sauce
  • 1 ts Tomato sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 to Paneer
  • 1 Capsicum
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt as needed

Instructions
 

  • Cut the top and bottom of the capsicum to an inch and leave put the middle portion.
  • Depending on the partition in the capsicum cut the paneer cubes. Usually it will have 3 or 4 partition.
  • Mix corn flour, chilly and tomato sauce, salt and egg .
  • Dip the paneer in the mixture and place it in the partition. Fill in the capsicum with the mixture.
  • Heat oil in kadai
  • Fry the capsicum till its done then turn the other side and fry.
  • Remove from flame, strain the excess oil and serve hot with the tomato sauce.
