Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger-garlic paste and stir for few seconds.
Add chopped onion and saute till it turns translucent.
Add chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pav bhaji masala.
Add paneer cubes and capsicum and mix well again.
:- We can add fresh boiled green peas also.
Add some water and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
Once the gravy becomes thick, add boiled rice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Transfer the contents to a serving bowl and serve hot.
