Sprouted Moon Dal Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Sprouted moong dal
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion and saute for few minutes until onion becomes little brown.
  • Add chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute till tomatoes become tender.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Add sprouted moong dal and mix well.
  • Pour 1 - 1.5 cups of water.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium flame for 10 mins. Check occasionally.
  • Add some sugar and mix well.
  • Transfer the contents toa serving bowl.
  • Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
