A special potato bhaji for pooris

- 2 nos Potato boiled and mashed
- 2 nos Onion
- 2 - Green chillies slit lengthwise
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- ½ cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
Heat the oil in a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds and sesame seeds.
Add chopped onion and slit green chillies and saute till they turn light golden in colour.
Add salt and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mashed potatoes and mix well.
Transfer the contents to aserving bowl.
:- Serve with hot pooris.
