A special potato bhaji for pooris

Ingredients
- Potato(boiled and mashed) - 2 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit lengthwise) - 2 -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - ½ cup
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and sesame seeds.
- Add chopped onion and slit green chillies and saute till they turn light golden in colour.
- Add salt and turmeric powder. Stir well.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Transfer the contents to aserving bowl.
- :- Serve with hot pooris.
