  • Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and add cabbage, beetroot, onion, green chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Combine well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add grated coconut, mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally. Now the thoran is ready. Remove from flame.
  • Serve along with rice chappathi etc..
