Clean mushrooms, pat it dry and cut it into big pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic. ginger and chopped green chillies and saute for a few seconds.
Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become soft and dry.
Add red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and saute for 1 minute until capsicum becomes little soft.
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, boiled rice and lime juice. Stir well.
Add spring onion, salt and pepper powder. Stir well.
:- Sauces can be increased or decreased according to individual preferences.
Transfer the contentsto a plate.
Garnish with spring onions.
:- Serve hot.
