yummy pulao with mushrooms and Capsicum

Ingredients
- Boiled rice - 1½ cup
- Mushroom - 200 gm
- garlic(thinly chopped) - ½ tbsp
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Spring onion(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Red capsicum - ½ cup
- Green capsicum - ½ cup
- Yellow Capsicum - ½ cup
- Soya Sauce - 1½ tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Clean mushrooms, pat it dry and cut it into big pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic. ginger and chopped green chillies and saute for a few seconds.
- Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become soft and dry.
- Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, boiled rice and lime juice. Stir well.
- Add spring onion, salt and pepper powder. Stir well.
- :- Sauces can be increased or decreased according to individual preferences.
- Transfer the contentsto a plate.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- :- Serve hot.
